Content Creation
Every image at its best — without looking like it’s been touched.
Retouching is what happens after the shoot to make every image hold up under scrutiny. The work ranges from technical cleanup (removing dust, sensor spots, stray hairs, unwanted reflections) to more involved compositing (swapping skies, removing background distractions, combining multiple exposures) and skin and product refinement.
The principle we work from: retouch enough that nothing distracts, not so much that the image starts to look fake. Over-retouched product shots erode trust — buyers can tell when an item has been smoothed into something it isn’t, and they assume the worst about what arrives in the box. The goal is images that look like the best version of what was actually there.
Deliverables
We assess every image for what needs attention and agree on the retouching standard — how far is too far for this subject and use case.
Exposure, white balance, and tonal range set before any detailed retouching begins — a clean baseline to build from.
Technical cleanup, compositing, and skin or product refinement — removing distractions without leaving a trace.
Every image reviewed together to ensure the set reads as one cohesive shoot — not a collection of individually edited files.
High-resolution master files and web-ready exports — organized and ready to drop into your workflow.
