SEO Strategy &
Keyword Research

The planning phase of SEO — figuring out what to target before anyone starts building.

Scroll

This is the planning phase of SEO, separate from the ongoing optimization work under Marketing & Growth. Here, we figure out what to target. That means pulling keyword data (search volume, difficulty, intent), mapping those keywords to specific pages and content types, and identifying the quick wins — terms where you can realistically rank in three to six months versus the ones that will take a year.

We also audit your current site (if you have one) for technical issues that block ranking: site speed, broken links, missing meta data, thin content, indexing problems. The deliverable is a keyword map tied to a content plan, a technical SEO audit, and a prioritized roadmap. None of this is execution yet — it’s the document that tells whoever does the execution what to do and in what order.

Deliverables

01 Site Audit

We review your existing site for technical issues that block ranking: speed, broken links, missing meta data, thin content, indexing problems.

02 Keyword Research

We pull keyword data — search volume, difficulty, and intent — to understand the full landscape of what you could target.

03 Content Mapping

We map keywords to specific pages and content types, separating quick wins (3–6 months) from longer-term plays.

04 Technical Audit

A structured review of the technical issues holding your current rankings back — documented and prioritised for whoever fixes them.

05 Roadmap

A keyword map tied to a content plan, a technical audit, and a prioritised roadmap — telling whoever executes exactly what to do and when.
